At Monster Transmission, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new apparel or accessories don't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn items back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective seals are intact.

• 3.
  Drop Off the Package

  Affix the return label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
